Shipping:
Please allow 10-14 days for your items to arrive. Though we always strive to get items out as soon as possible, things like restocking can occur, especially when we have items on tour and online.
Custom Bracelets:
As indicated in the description custom bracelets are handmade by our Jeweler and require more time to process. Again we will try to get things to customers as soon as possible but please allow 4-8 weeks for custom made items.
USPS:
All orders are sent via USPS priority mail. We do not have an expedited shipping option. So please try to allow your self enough time before special occasions. If something is a priority you may email us at service@peacetimegoods.com and we will see what we can do.
TRACKING/MISSING PACKAGES:
Tracking #'s are not provided on order confirmation emails, but can be accessed in the event a package goes missing. If you have not received your shipment within 10-14 business days contact us by email to service@peacetimegoods.com with your name and order number and next time we are in the shipping office we will track your package to check on it's status.
Note: We are in the office during most weekdays. We will do our best to reply to your emails within 3-5 business days.
